H.S recently shared some new screenshots from the Mother 1 remake hack that uses the EarthBound ROM as its base:

Forgot about this project; good to see it’s still coming along. Can’t wait to try it out, but at least I have the official version to tide me over now!

Looks great! Definitely looking forward to this.
I wonder if they’ve changed or added anything major, like perhaps incorporating more of the lore into the actual game itself.

Looking great! I’m not the kinda person who doesn’t dig Mother, it’s my least favorite I’m the trilogy but I still absolutely love it and play it through with no issues, so I’m not too hyped on this remake. Once it’s released I’ll def give it a play through.

It looks nice, and a little bit better than Earthbound from the SNES, this remind that i look forward to playing again Earthbound Zero.
