One of my favorite web comics is Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal, and apparently a recent SMBC Theater video features Ness and EarthBound stuff!
Well, it’s not about Ness or EarthBound stuff exactly, but it’s a big nod to EarthBound. There’s even an EarthBound box in the background for some reason 😛

Sadly it’s not “EarthBound in Super Mario Bros. Crossover”.
However, Ninten sprites for SMBC are already done (as a skin for Link), but they are not implemented yet.

I love how I saw the shirt in the thumbnail and thought of Ness, and then found out it was an intentional reference. Not sure why he did it in the first place, though.

That is likely a product of the interference of Jon Brence, who’s playing the little kid in this video. He goes by StoicMani on sm.net, and I believe he actually has a Starman insignia tattoo.
…WELP, I sound like a stalker.
Indeed, it was worth sharing… though, the video isn’t one if their best in my opinion.
