Chewy posted this on the Starmen.Net boards just a little while ago, so I thought it might get some more exposure here:
In case anyone’s interested, starting at 9 PM CDT and ending around 11:15 PM, Hobo Nikkan Itoi Shimbun will be live-broadcasting their big press conference for the company’s flagship product, the Hobonichi Techo. Itoi will be there to introduce the new 2013 lineup of planners himself. I had the honor to work with them on the planner this year, so I’ll be at the event as well. I probably won’t be on camera, but you’ll see me in the opening video clip when the show starts.
I’m posting this because I figured I’d try to link it here in time for Itoi fans to watch live; they don’t usually save their streaming videos for later. Get ready for some sweet (albeit MOTHER-unrelated) news.
It’s not really EarthBound/MOTHER-related but it’s a chance to get a look at the special notebooks that Itoi’s company makes, which are a HUGE hit in Japan.

Man, these notebooks are really awesome. I really want to order one, but I can’t figure out how to navigate/read their site, and even if I could, I don’t think they’d ship overseas. Sigh.

Agh I only saw this at 11:20 or so and it took me another twenty minutes to be able to get it to work so I missed most of it anyone mind telling me how it went? owo

It’s already possible to order anything on their website and ship it overseas, but soon they’ll have an official English guide up to walk you through the ordering process. I’ll have a blog post up about it soon.

I really want to order one ASAP, I found this english portion of the website:
