PSI Rockin’ Ringtone

That’s an interesting idea for a ringtone! My ringtone is the titlescreen and my text alert is “A Good Buddy.” And my morning alarm is “The Third String” from the Rock Candy album (although it used to be the Onett theme.)

I’m using the Escargo Express theme as my voice call ringtone, “A Good Buddy” as the text one, and Winters Wake Up Call as the morning alarm.

(all GBA. some tracks oddly sound better and fuller than their SNES counterparts)

I have the house theme play when I get a call from home.

I use Battle Against a Machine for my ringtone.

It is incredibly awesome and I love it. (My notification sound is also the “Learned PSI” sound effect from M3.)

Ha I have the pigmask transever ring as my ringtone.

I used part of “Mind of a Thief” from Mother 3 as my ringtone.

i mashed up saturn valley z and the fresh prince of bel air theme to use for a while but that’s long since been deleted

I’m curious, the music in most Super Nintendo games can be put into standalone files (SPCs). Is there any standard format for the sound effects, allowing people to extract them cleanly from the game ROM like with the music?

I have an Earthbound ringtone. Its the Onett rock remix from Duane and Brando’s Earthbound (Part III). I might upload to my channel if people want.

I’m not too big on ringtones, but I suppose it might would be neat to have an EB sound effect as a text tone (tone for received texts). I am actually one of those people who finds that he enjoys specific music less the more he listens to it. So, in order to ensure that no EB sound ever get “played-out”/old/irritating, I have made a rule that I cannot listen to EB music unless playing EB. That way I can maintain the charm of gameplay. I mearned this lesson when I over-Played FF7 music.

I once recorded 16 melodies, and had that be my ringtone. Nothing special though.

I have the waking up hotel theme, set as my alarm.

That just convinced me to find some sort SFX to use for my text tone, as well as copying you on my alarm.

Are there any suggested methods of getting SFX/Tones/Sounds onto an iPhone?

Fassad’s ringtone from mother 3 has been mine since… The translation was released I think XD

I currently have the MGS Codec Call for Ring, MGS Item Pickup for text, and Guile’s theme for alarm.

I know they’re not relevant to EB, but maybe use the EB Item Pickup as a text tone?

I use battle Against a Weird Opponent. The ringing sound in the background works really well with it.

I have a few, actually! Most are from MOTHER 3, like the M3-version of Pollyanna and the NK Cyborg-theme. I’ve also got the “Sunrise + Onett”-theme as my alarm ringtone, and I used to have Itoi saying “OK desu ka?” … I’ve got a few, to say the least. Those aren’t even half of the ones I have on my phone.

Personally I have the Fassad’s ringtone since you guys put that one up.

There was one PSI ability in EB that made a noise that sounded a lot like a phone ringing, I think it was one of the PSI Shield abilities, does anyone here know where to get it?

I used to have a few on my old phone. I like the Porky ringtone from MOTHER 3 a lot. Very fitting 😛

I have the NES Pollyanna music, which I set to go off when my mother calls. I also have the SNES Onett theme, but I don’t have it set for anyone.

Just use zsnes, you can disable sound channels in the game with the F3 F4 etc buttons I think? Disable all the music channels and only allow the effects sound channel, then record the sound. Easy enough.

Luckily my andriod phone can USE mp3 formats and make them into ringtones. I got it easy. =D

I’d love to the Transceiver ringtone from Mother 3 in real life.

I have No crackers in the cinema. I agree with PKSoul. I want the pigmask transciever ringtone. 😀

U should make it so we could send it to our phones from the website because my cell phone wont accept files from computers
