Nintendo definitely hasn’t announced anything Mother-related, and there was no mention of Mother during the press conference. Also, sadly, no mention of Luigi’s Pie Factory. So I think it’s best to throw this in the “hoax” bin.

Of course, that’s not to detract from the sparklingly juvenile theory that Nintendo is hoaxing us deliberately because they’re a bunch of assholes.

that sheet was prooved fake a good while back ago.. and the press conferences prooved it even more fake.

I played the Zelda demo today and took about 10 or so pictures of the door. I know there’s video around one, but I did get one still of the door being opened, and you can see it leads to a hallway, I believe. I haven’t uploaded them, and likely won’t be able to until Saturday or Sunday, but when I do, I’ll let everyone know. There’ll probably be an article up on PixlBit about it, just for fun, too, but I’ll make sure to send something to Tomato when that time comes.

I think the most obvious indication that it’s fake is that they can’t get the names of existing games correct.

At first glance, though, I was extremely hopeful for a new EarthBound game.

The image was supposed to be fake, and the maker was surprised that people passed it off as real.

Do we have to watermark our fake images “FAKE” for people to not think they’re real and get everyone’s hopes up?

Never even saw Pokemon Black/White at E3 (but we know they exist), or “Bowser vs. Donkey Kong”, “Luigis Pie Factory”, “Kirbys Dream land 4”, “Super Mario Land 3D”, “Super Mario Squash 3D”, “Icarus Flight” (possibly the new Kid Icarus game in reality), “RC Pro AM”, “Echo Delta”, or most importantly: Earthbound Re Entry, hold on, “VitaliTEASE”, it’s obviously a joke made by Reggie to torture us, after all, E3 is pretty much over I think, but there’s still PAX, the second largest VG convention of the year………

I don’t think that an earthbound re-entry will arrive any time soon 🙁

Bowser vs Donkey kong, Luigi’s pie factory, ugh, these all are fake! But! Earthbound COULD be remade for the 3DS next year… I hope!!!!! 🙂
