What an odd title to type.
I came across a texture hack for Brawl recently that turns Ness’ character model into one that looks like Poo:

Looks pretty good! You can check out the model here!

Well made! I suppose he would have made more sense than all the other characters, since he was the last other guy to know Starstorm. Can’t wait to see of video of this in action, lol.

Well, it was about time for another one, anyway…

Poo is awesome, and this mod is done really well. I only wish he didn’t have the backpack.
I believe someone made the Jeff model from his trophy playable in another mod.
All we need is Paula and we’d have the whole chosen foursome.
Very well done I would say, and his final smash is what is should be unlike alot of other mods

That is pretty freaking awesome. I was hoping against hope that Paula would be a playable character in Brawl… but I can settle for this.
Poo would be the right character to use PK Starstorm as his final smash. I don’t understand why the fuck Ness’ and Lucas’do not have PK Rockin and PK Love as their final smash.
That’s something I always wondered too, why not give them their personal PK instead of starstorm. I mean Fire, Ice, and Thunder makes sense to give them seeing as they have no attack skills of their own (not counting the instakill of flash) but when they have their own immensely powerful move why not give them that? When I think about it though I think that Rockin and Love would be very hard to visually show as they themselves are very abstract moves.
PK Love IS in the game. Sort of. It’s Luca’s upward Smash Attack. It produces the same hexagonal shape as PK Love (as do many of his attacks, actually) and does absolutely tons of damage. His animation is the same as PK Flash, PK Freeze and PK Starstorm too.
I’m not sure what the official attack names are for the various moves in Brawl or Melee, but none of Ness’s attacks in the original game were anything special, except for his throw, which is called PK Throw. Just a fun little tidbit.
PK Love may actually be better suited to Lucas’ Down C-stick. Hexagonal design as well, and perhaps even more smash potential.
While it’s a variation, PK Love never really gave the indication to me of being a small rapid fire attack. His upward attack is certainly the more extravagent one and I’m pretty sure it’s the strongest, even if the downward one has a bit more sideways launch power.
Pretty much all his PK attacks have the hexagonal design actually. I guess they’re all variations of PK Love in a way. Ness’ ones are circular, oddly.
Then again, Lucas’ Down C-Stick could be PK Ground. I just think that most of those powerful PK attacks would be launched forward.
Well, PK Flash and PK Freeze are launched in a similar style, as is PK Starstorm. Obviously Smash takes liberties and whatever the attacks are, they’re certainly not like the actual PK Love, but then the PK attacks aren’t really much like they are in the games (PK Freeze and Flash are pretty close to how I would imagine them though, and are obviously visually very similar), and PSI Magnet in particular seems very different.
I can’t comment on PK Ground because I beat the game before Lucas got the move, so I don’t actually know what it’s like.
All these hacks are really awesome. If only hacks like these were in the actual game, I think everyone here will agree that could be nice.
It’s a move Kumatora learns in the 60’s. It inflicts multiple hits to all enemies doing damage equal to about 12.5% of their Maximum HP, with a possibilty of making the enemies trip, which cancels their turn. In Brawl, the initial stun effect, and then the smash hit could definitely “end” the enemy’s turn!
Like I said, I haven’t seen it in action yet, but I would imagine that if it was in Brawl it would be a fairly extravagent looking earthquake style move, maybe like a wave travelling across the ground, that would either cause damage and, yeah, cause them to trip. So I’m not sure if that attack really qualifies. Would of been nice to have it in the game though, could of been Luca’s Final Smash and leave Ness with Starstorm.

when I get the time this weekend, im putting that on my brawl
Glad to see that the Sword of Kings is a tsurugi, like it’s supposed to be.

I thought that tsurugi’s had a whole in the bottom of the handle?
wow thats a texture hack for brawl? I tried making my own once… It didn’t turn out too good. Turning ness into poo makes his moveset make more sense xD
We should have Gyiyg in ssb4 (he’d just be a more bad@$$ mewtwo) & Kumatora (PK Ground FTW)
I allways thought that poo’s name was weird (It reminds me of crap)
