I like 'SI' and 'NO' best. It adds some quirkiness to the translation.

I'd say "Y" and "N" would be pretty clear.

I don't think you should use "SI" and "NO" unless there's a little more context for the "quirk." (Sort of like how the bob-ombs in Paper Mario: TTYD have Russianified text at their inn.)
