We all love the Mother series, but what other games are also amazing?
Next to Mother 3, my favorite game is Little King's Story (Wii). The whimsical graphics may make the game seem childish, but it certainly isn’t. The plot is quite dark and there is a lot of sexual of innuendo. In short, the game earned its T rating. The gameplay is fantastic. It was obviously inspired by Pikmin, but has greatly improved upon it. Instead of leading Pikmin around, you lead your loyal subjects. You travel the world defeating dragons and enemy kingdoms while expanding your own. If you own a Wii, this game is a must-have.
What games have you particularity enjoyed?

Little King's Story was really fun, very much like Pikmin (which I enjoyed). I don't recall any sexual innuendo. LOL Can you elaborate?

Let's see, other than the MOTHER series... I love the Final Fantasy series, of course, and Tactics was my favorite. Fire Emblem has recently become a favorite series as well. Disgaea, not so much. :-\ Can't get into the humor of the series, which really turns me off. Let me think of a particular one that may not be so well-known... Ah yes. The Legend of the Mystical Ninja for the SNES. Maybe it's fairly popular. It's a great side-scroller/adventure game that has a fair amount of complexity in terms of collecting money/items, buying upgrades for armor and stuff, and exploring towns and stuff. It also has co-op play, which is awesome!

Just about everything that Ferne said implied that she wanted to have sex. :P

I enjoyed Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 1&2. They were a lot of fun.

FFTA was a decent series. Still, Nintendo kiddied it up (big surprise...). The original Tactics had a very dark story, which I loved. :) Too bad they butchered the remake for the PSP. D: Here's hoping the upcoming iOS (iPhone/iPad) release is better...

I actually didn't thing the PSP version of Tactics was bad at all.
I rather enjoyed it, really...
I'm pretty sure that the iPhone version won't be all that different, either...

But, yeah, other favorite games.
Dear god, the list...

WELP...

-Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is probably my favorite from the series due to the nostalgia attached to it, even if the 3rd + Knuckles is a technically better game. Castlevania, Mario, Ninja Gaiden, Megaman (HELL YEAH), Donkey Kong Country, and Kirby all as a whole are great platformers, as well. There are other individual games, too, like Pulseman and Henry Hatsworth that are pretty good. Oh, and Banjo Kazooie, Conker's Bad Fur Day, as well as Psychonauts.

-The Monkey Island series, Sam And Max series, King's Quest, Space Quest, and Simon The Sorcerer pretty much fill up my traditional point-and-click adventure games. Another World is great, too.

-The majority of the Final Fantasy series (mainly the older games), Dragon Quest, Mother (obviously), Vandal Hearts, Valkyrie Profile (just the first), Xenogears, the MegaTen series as a whole (The first SNES game, Persona 2 [both parts], and Nocturne in particular), The Legend of Dragoon, both of the Chrono games, Radiata Stories, Breath of Fire series, Crimson Gem Saga, Contact (Great game, by the way. Everyone should have a copy), Pokemon (WHY DO YOU HURT SO GOOD?), Front Mission series as a whole, Skies of Arcadia, Grandia 1 and 2 (haven't played the third, so...), Suikoden (only the first. Haven't played the rest), Wild Arms 1-3 (the rest after this were shit), all of the Super Mario RPGs (really fun stuff, yo), the Ys series as a whole, the Mana series as a whole (who else is excited for the iPhone remake/port/whatevah?), Robotrek, Phantasy Star series as a whole, Lunar series as a whole (and, yes, I like the remakes), Vay, and Tengai Makyo series as a whole (THIS GAME SERIES NEEDS MORE LOVE :( ) pretty much take up the jRPGs I enjoy. I'm sure there are more but I'll be damned if I can remember them right now.

-Fallout series as a whole, both Knights of the Old Republic, Elder Scrolls 3 - Morrowind (I don't like Oblivion :/), both Neverwinter Nights, Jade Empire, Dragon Age Origins, Planescape: Torment (why the hell isn't this on Steam?), DeusEx (the first), Wizardry 8 (this game is godly), Wolfenstein RPG, Doom II RPG, and Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines pretty much take up all the other RPGs I play.

-I don't like many FPS games, but I do enjoy the Doom series, both System Shock games, BioShock, Unreal 1 and 2, the Half-Life series, and Serious Sam.

-ohdeargodtherearesomanyidontwanttogoon

-Action Adventure games that I enjoy are the Zelda series as a whole, Beyond Good and Evil, 3D Dot Game Heroes, and Demon's Souls.

-Action games include the newer Ninja Gaidens, Onimusha series, the Metal Gear Solid series, Resident Evil series, Silent Hill series, God of War series, Devil May Cry series, and Cold Fear.

Right, so, yeah, I really like a lot of games...

EDIT: Dear god...
I'll add or post more as I remember them, but that's all off the top of my head that I care to remember.

If you ever played the original, then I can't see how you didn't notice the excruciating slowdowns during spell/effect animations. The PSX version was nowhere near as bad except MAYBE when you summon Bahamut or cast Meteor.

My favorite FF game is FFV. I like the amount of character customization, it adds a lot of replay value to the game. FFV also had one of the coolest final dungeons that I have ever seen.
Once the 3DS comes out, I have a feeling that this game will be one of the best ever made:

Oh lawd, child. I loves me some fighting games. Recently I've been playing A LOT of Guilty Gear and BlazBlue. Compared to most fighters, they're both very unique and just fun the play.

Guilty Gear X2 has to be my favorite fighting game. The characters, moves, and style of the game make it very enjoyable and just overall a very, VERY cool fighter. I got it at a Gamestop for about $7 and man was it worth it. :P

I started getting into fighting games when I played BlazBlue at an arcade awhile ago. After getting somewhat decent and going back to the arcade to practice, I realized how bad the sticks were. xD But BlazBlue is just such an awesome game. It's a steeper learning curve than Guilty Gear, but there are less characters.

I'm not too big on 3D fighters, but Projekt Justice/Rival Schools is really, really fun. The quirkiness of it and how silly it is makes it very enjoyable.

As far as games like Street Fighter go, I'm not the biggest fan of them. I guess after playing BlazBlue, everything seems really stiff. I know Mortal Kombat 2 seemed that way for me until I got used to it.

There are other ones, but I won't bore you with those. Thanks for reading. =)

My favorite genres are RPGs, 2D shooters, and action/adventure games. I really like most games from the Zelda series for an action/adventure game. Final fantasy II and III, EarthBound, and Mother 3 are some of my favorite RPGs. I really like a lot of the platformers on the NES/SNES/Genesis, but there are too many to list. There are a bunch of modern games I like and play but I have a lot of retro love.
