It's been a while since I drew that one so it's not exactly fresh in my mind, but if I had to hazard a guess, it probably took me something like 4 to 5 hours from start to finish (since, of course, it involved not only pencil work for the sketch, but pen inking, then erasing the visible pencil lines when the ink dried, then shading in the Devil's Machine with Gray colored pencil).
Even cartoon art isn't a quick thing. O_o But I'm glad you like them!

I mostly prefer to do the more forgotten or obscure end of the bestiary, hence Sara-Sara-Sahara:



Really hard guy to pin down, but I decided on an earthen/sandy body with a few grasslike tufts of hair. I think it works alright for it, I didn't want to go too crazy with the interpretation.

I love your interpretations of the baddies, Elobo. I also tend to gravitate toward the ones that don't get much attention, and the Sara-Sara-Sahara just gained a few creep levels there :O The beauty of that enemy is that nobody really knows what the hell it's supposed to be, so artists are free to take a lot of liberty with their interpretation, which I'm glad you did! The background is nice too. Sort of dream-like.

Like them? I LOVE your comic as much as I love Darrow's Chosen Four comic, now all we need is for someone to come up with a fan-comic like that for MOTHER 3 *runs to drawing board* Also, any suggestions if you....Uhhh..... wanted to make a fan-comic???

Thanks a bunch Poe . Consequently I've always thought your works really captured the themes of the series, and I especially enjoyed the more unique media.
