Hard to give a specific level to rarity, but it's not something most EarthBound fans have at least. $20 seems like a pretty good price for it, good find!

While not incredibly rare, $20 is a good price. That seems to be roughly the equivalent of what they go for in yen on Yahoo Auctions Japan. However after middlemen fees and shipping, you're looking a bit higher, so yeah, good find!
