I have to do research on an element (Mine is Carbon) and I have to design a CD cover and lyrics for that element. And for extra credit I can actually record a CD which makes this big pile of blank CDs I have come in handy. I'm thinking I'm gunna take the extra credit and sing for the CD. I'm gunna use EarthBound/MOTHER songs if I do (Most likely will) and write my lyrics to them. My CD cover should probably be like an epic picture of Carbon dog XD Could probly make a good carbon dog on PhotoImpact. I was wondering if anyone would like to see/hear the finished project? My singing might not be too good though as I have problems with yawning and hitting higher notes but other than that, I am pretty confident with my singing.

I'm pretty interested if your as good as EDO I might just have the tracks on my MP3 asside from the Otonishi tracks.

I'd love to see the final product! Fan remixes are always welcome in my eyes (as long as it's not awful parody, or bastardization of the music ) and especially if you're going to make it all complete with album art and everything.

I'd like to see/hear it, but seriously, what school makes you design an album for a periodic element

Cool, in Computers class we're going to make movie documentaries on iMovie about things we love And, I'm gonna do the full history of EarthBound, and I'll be sure to make a video of the final production

As long as were talking about projects relating to EarthBound, I have a few days left to do my Photoshop project and I've narrowed my ideas down to either a crazy random Japanese poster for random Japanese things, or an EarthBound poster, maybe a mockup movie poster.

I got the cover design sketched and 2 songs completed (I'm required to do 10 to get full credit) and 1 in progress XD
I got "Theme of carbon" written to Theme of love/mother's hometown describing some of the basic information I collected in the researching part
"Bein' Gas" written to bein' friends talking about carbon dioxide and stuff
And I'm working on a "compounds and allotropes" written to smiles and tears O.o Not sure I like that name but it fits the info I'm using to write the lyrics XD

Also, I decided to draw out the cover on paper so I may not be able to use PhotoImpact and/or Gimp to color it depending if my scanner will be cooperative... I wouldn't be able to print it on my own anyway since I don't have black ink and apparently my printer is so old, noone sells compatible ink for it anymore.

I might just do that! Now all I need is a fierce looking Bruce Lee-style action shot of Ness. Fan art section, here I come!
