Do you know or at least read japanese since the game is much less enjoyable if you can't read it? Sure Mother 2 carts aren't as rare or valuable as EarthBound carts but its still impressive to own one. Looking at yours is almost tempting me to buy one. Almost but not quite. Well maybe I'll get one eventually.

Yeah, I don't have the money to pay $80+ for Earthbound, and I was, unfortunately, quite young at the time of it's release, so I never happened upon any copy of it because I was too busy with other shit that three year-olds are interested in. As far as merchandise goes, I've never been one to really buy anything outside of the game itself, so I doubt I'll be buying any Fangamer shirts or whatnot due to the fact that they don't really interest me. I know that may sound oblong, but I'm not a huge collector. I just want the game so I can play it in it's original glory (I.E. on the actual console for which it was made). Unfortunately, pricing issues have said otherwise...

I will happen upon a copy for myself one day, though.
