EB turns 15 on June 5th, not June 1st.
I dunno if I'm gonna do anything super special for it on EBC, but it'll be on the 5th if I do. Don't have much time, so maybe I'll make something like I did for Mother 1 last year.

Wikipedia says it was released on june 5 as well but I trusted starmen.net over it. Wikipedia also says EarthBound was re-released in japan on september 30, 1997 through nintendo power. What exactly does that mean?

Could it mean that it was re-released for download to those SNES cartridge things that they had in Japan, which, BTW, I won on YAJ with EB loaded on to it.

I'm not sucessful yet. I still haven't finished highschool yet so I souldn't have to worry about that yet. But I would like to get a job so I too can buy mother merchandise and more importantly save for college. I've just submitted my 8th job aplication so I am trying. That was off topic. Anyways I'm hoping for something to happen on june 5th, I don't know what but something.
