This is just a list of general rules and decorum for EBC Forums.

Rule 1: Post with purpose
~Don't make topics that don't induce discussion.
~Be literate. Us dont liek psts liek this lol
~Keep pics and posts somewhat family-friendly. Swearing is ok, but not in bulk.
~Please don't double post. Use the edit feature.

Rule 2: Be Polite
~Dont antagonize other members just to start an argument.
~Listen to the Mods. We're here to help you and the forums in general.
~If you have a problem with a user, feel free to contact a Forum Moderator or Administrator.
~DO NOT Backseat Moderate. Contact a Mod if you have concerns.

Rule 3: No ROMs or Illegal Software
~Do not distribute ROMs, ROM Sites, Illegal/Pirated Software, and the like.

Rule 4: No overly controversial topics

I guess that's it. I may have forgotten something, I usually do. If you feel like another rule should be added, feel free to contact me.

Mato'll have to stickify this, since I don't believe I can. With that said,

~Pigmask out

Great list, but I have a rule to add. NO BACK-SEAT MODDING! Back-seat moding drives my crazy on other fourms, politly telling someone that they posted something bad is one thing, but being rude about it like back-seat mods is just, well rude.

Um well...

That's up to Mato. I don't really mind repro sites so long as it's just games that weren't released.

Also how about a no politics rule? It drives me nuts when people make flame wars about politics. And also what about a "keep it all to one thread" rule, spaming forums all about one thingy annoyes the piss out of me!

Nobody seems to want to discuss politics here, so a rule against it would appear to be unnecessary. If people start flaming others, that goes against rule #2, so that part is covered. If you hate political topics, you can always not read them.

Yeah, but it would still be a good rule-of-thumb
