Gonna make this round-up especially brief this week, but it’s got some good stuff! Return of the MOTHER Comic Series Good ol’ kenisu once worked on a really good and detailed comic series about the often-neglected MOTHER 1 / EarthBound Zero. After a lengthy break, the series is finally underway again! If you haven’t seen it before, you’re missing out. See here! Return of t...Read More »
The last few weeks have been busy and tiring, so I’ve been neglecting a few things at the site, particularly these weekly round-ups. I think I’ll stop with the numbering system since it’s hard to keep track when you skip a few weeks 😛 Anyway, let’s get down to it, here’s what EarthBound stuff happened in the past week elsewhere on the web. A surprisingly active week this week, a lot of neat stuff by fans and a lot of neat merchandise stuff too. Probably the biggest thing was the stuff from the MOTHER 1+2 event that was also autographed by Itoi himself. Definitely a cool find. Now let’s take a look at some other EarthBound stuff from around the net this past week! Community News Mother 3: handbook Posthumous Cult Gaming Chewy ...Read More »

Another interesting week for EarthBound merchandise collectors – first the super-rare EarthBound ruler showed up, then a Franklin Badge (which sadly turned out to be a Mother 3 one), and then a set of the rare EarthBound pogs. The past few weeks have been crazy with all this rare stuff. If this keeps up, maybe an EB64 proto will show up 😀 Okay, maybe not, but that’d be cool. Anyway,...Read More »
This last week was a little slower than the last few, but some interesting stuff did happen, like the EB Zero prototype that sold for $1100. Here’s a look at what EarthBound-related stuff happened elsewhere on the web in the past week: Community News Some Japanese folks look at one of the EB Central posts from last week, including many of the comments. Another exciting week for EarthBound merchandise collectors, what with an EarthBound Zero prototype for sale, another EB display card, mini Mr. Saturns showing up everywhere, and then the mint condition EarthBound with super-rare promotional materials that sold for $500 😯 It’s kind of sad that there probably won’t be much more in the way of EarthBound/MOTHER games, but at least we s...Read More »
This past week was weird, it was like “EarthBound Collectors Week” or something. The EarthBound display card for $305, LucasTizma and the $3000 addition to his collection, and the new mini Mr. Saturn plushes. I don’t have much of a collection, but I really like keeping up with this stuff and seeing other people’s collections. Anyway, here’s what other EarthBound-relat...Read More »
Another week gone by already 😯 This past week had some pretty interesting updates. Wish I had time to do more detailed articles, reports, translations, and such. But it’s still cool that there’s so much EarthBound stuff out there to report on even a year after this site started. Okay, here’s what other EarthBound-related stuff has happened this past week on the webitubes. Comm...Read More »
