Apparently there are a number of unused sound clips in the original Super Smash Bros. game for the N64 – one of which is Ness saying, “PK Starstorm!” You can supposedly hear it via a debug menu, here’s a video: I guess they had planned for Ness to have Starstorm abilities from the very start but only got around to adding it in Brawl? Quinn sent this in a while back, it’s a remix of the “F-F-Fire!” song from MOTHER 3. I don’t really know the story behind this remix, did someone make this specifically for this video, or did a Brawl fan find a remix and stick it in a video? I don’t know the source for this, but it’s a really cool pic. It was made back when Nintendo was still doing daily updates hyping up Smash Bros. Brawl: Pokey showed up in Smash Bros. Brawl, so it half came true. Having Giygas as a boss like this would’ve been extra cool too. I can’t imagine how one would actually beat Giygas in a situation like that, though.
