On Yahoo Auctions Japan there was someone selling an unused copy of MOTHER 2 – or it might’ve been multiple copies, I’m not sure.
In any case, the seller also provided a pic of what seems to be the box that multiple copies of MOTHER 2 were sent in when they were sent to game stores back in the day:

I’ve never seen this before, so it’s pretty cool! Now that I think about it, I’ve seen other games with similar boxes, somehow I remember an F-Zero box like this and possibly one other.

Tempted to bid but I’d end up just hoarding away the shipper. I am definitely in the market for an unused/deadstock copy of Mother 2 these days though…
