Many years ago, when I first started hacking the EarthBound ROM, I made a patch that modifies the Mr. Saturn font greatly:
Nowadays changing the game’s fonts is trivial, but back then it was pretty cool 
Anyway, if you feel like trying it out, here’s the patch!

lol vey cool! Does the patch change the dialogue as well to make the Mr. Saturns sound like proper Englishmen?

No, I think that text there was just a test. It’s been like 12 years though, so I don’t recall clearly.
