If you’ve been to Starmen.Net anytime this week, you’ll already know that the annual EarthBound Funktastic Gameplay event is happening very soon. In fact, it starts in only a few hours from the time of this posting.

It sounds like there will be a live video feed and live chat for each day, so this is by far the biggest and craziest EBFGP ever.
If you have no idea what the EarthBound Funktastic Gameplay is, it’s basically a tradition we started in 1999 (10 years already 
) where each day you play a little portion of EarthBound. Each day has different challenges, trivia, art, etc. that go along with it, so it’s a pretty lively and cherished event. If you still don’t understand, this page from years ago should explain it a little better hopefully. Strange that the actual EBFGP site doesn’t have an explanation anywhere.
Basically, if you’re an EarthBound fan, this is an awesome way to play the game

Heh, I just happened to be watching on another computer at the time, I stopped watching though. Sounds like he’s talking to ROFISH and stuff though.
From what little I saw, I was pretty impressed. Sadly I don’t have the time to watch the full feeds, especially not for 24 in a row. I was hoping reid might save them for later watching, dunno if that’ll happen though.

This is my first EBFGP and so far the first GPP was awesome. Gonna finish up Giant Step tonight while watching the stream.
