The ones that aren't are the comparisons to the Star Spangled Banner, a public domain piece of music, and the Liberty Bell March (which you labeled as the Monty Python's Flying Circus theme song), which is also public domain (otherwise the Pythons wouldn't have used it, I'd imagine).
